Is God Unreliable?

Jeremiah asked God if He is a deceptive brook. Is God unreliable?  Chances are good that most of us have been let down at some point in our lives by those we thought we could depend upon.  We counted on them, but they weren’t there when we needed them.  But can this ever be true of God?  Has there ever been an occasion in your life when you wondered, “Where is God when I need Him most?”
